Hospital medical records
The records include inpatient medical records, laboratory, inspection reports, pathological reports, gene-detection reports, records of treatments during hospitalization, operation and/or biopsy records and discharge summary.

Pathology result
Stained pathological sections and more than 20 unstained sections, gene detection results, excised specimen, punctured specimen, and tissue block with multiple tumor cells.

Image data
For example, X-ray, CT, MRI, PET-CT photographs or CD, bone scanning films. The imaging departments in China tend to record different dates of birth for the same patient. (Please be sure to correct these dates if needed!)

Treatment records
Radiotherapy record (including start time, radiotherapy mode, border of target area, type of ray and dosage), chemotherapy record (including duration of weekly chemotherapy, drug name and dosage)

Current medications
The name, dosage and usage of the current medication
